- Make sure that the module is hooked properly to the front-office display position.
- Manually clear the PrestaShop cache in Advanced Parameters → Performance.
- Make sure that the event is active and falls on a date on which the display of its start_date would be applicable.

- Find the person’s order and click Resend Ticket.
