  • Why does my calendar not show?

    • Make sure that the module is hooked properly to the front-office display position.
    • Manually clear the PrestaShop cache in Advanced Parameters → Performance.
    • Make sure that the event is active and falls on a date on which the display of its start_date would be applicable.

  • How can I resend a ticket "PDF"?

    • Navigate to Events Manager -> Bookings.
    • Find the person’s order and click Resend Ticket.
    • The PDF ticket file will be sent by email directly to the buyer.

  • How do I move an event from draft to active?

    • These kinds of events must be edited from the back office.
    • Change the Status field from Draft to Active.
    • Save changes & refresh the front office page to check visibility.
