After installation of Prestashop Whatsapp Order Module, a button will be shown on the Product as well as Cart page for WhatsApp orders, after clicking on that button a form will appear that will ask users for their information. After the user has provided their relevant information they will take to Whatsapp Web or Whatsapp App with a message from their side contacting all the information and order details with a link to the product. The message will be sent to the merchant after the user clicks on the send button.
Prestashop Whatsapp Order and Chat Module also offer a direct chat option with the shop owner. Admin can enable a WhatsApp chat icon on the front-end of their shop from where users can chat with the admin.
