Prestashop Featured Categories Module

By default, Prestashop offers very limited options for customizing the homepage especially if you want to show categories. Prestashop Featured Categories Module by FME Modules allows you to customize your homepage by displaying categories of your choice.

Featured Categories offers a number of customization options that help you create a very attractive homepage. You can show categories in a single column or double column format while selecting the number of elements in rows for each format. Each format has further layout options i.e. where to show text, text and background customization, multiple hover effects, etc. There is also an option to change the default category title and image.
